Jean-Sebastien Cruz, CEO of Netco Sports, talks about Netco’s expansion into the Brazilian market on Propmark, one of the most important newspapers in the Brazilian marketing sector
Along with many successful French companies, Netco Sports is invited to speak about its journey in Brazil – what motivated the company to enter the Brazilian market and how it has become so successful in the digital space by working with major football clubs including Inter, Botafogo, Cruzeiro and Gremio.
Jean Sebastien explained choosing the Braziliian market to expand was a “no-brainer” decision. He added:
“After your company develops its maturity in the local market and wants to expand, you look at other markets. The US is not so attractive as they already have a strong digital industry force while Italy and Germany are quite small and mature as the French market. So I shifted my attention to look at Brazil and Latin American markets and I saw a huge opportunity there”.
